In Greece we have 3 letters and 4 numbers so it can be WT(?)1996
The 1996 was when they were formed but I don't know what to add after the WT Laughing

^Well, neither in the US, but since you can have up to 2 license plates, then the second one can be whatever you want, as long as you have and keep the first one that the DMV gives to you!
