I'm just shocked Kay said it was better than Angels

I do love the song, better live. It just doesn't have the same magic for me.

Live is definitely better. No doubt about it. But the studio version has a more...epic(?) sound to it. The way they made Sharon's vocals all airy was really cool, I think. That's one of the things that makes the song for me.

The first song I heard off TSF.

It is definitely an epic song, especially the Java Island live version.

I think it can be taken to mean several different things, but I usually think of it as a fantasy- based song, about a 'forsaken' civilization.

Which probably doesn't make sense to anyone except me.

The songtext really speaks for itself, but watching this movie will enable you to create a visual image to go with it. I'd say look up the term "Kyoto treaty" on Google, and you'll find lots of information on this subject.
