With PhotoScape. But it's very unproffesional thought,but for a beginner like me it's good
Well,let's say you ahve some screen caps from ATM from a certain WT video.You add the the pictures,in the correct order,set the time,effect and other stuff,and the pics are going through a slideshow,and then you save it.I know,I don't make any sense but I don't know how to explain better.
