Is there snow where you are? Here in the Northern part of Ireland where i live there is snow and it's actually snowing now

It's pretended to snow a couple of times here, but not enough to stick to the ground, which is no fun. *pouts*

This was the first morning of the year that I looked outside and the roof of our shed is white. I think it was just frost though, but still...

The snow here is thick and it's set to last for 2 weeks

I'm hoping it will snow this December so I can go sledding. Sadly, I don't have a driveway to shovel...

If I don't get enough snow here, I can always look forward to Norway!

Apparently it snowed - and stayed on the ground - yesterday morning, but I slept until mid-afternoon and it had melted by then. Failure.

Because of the masses of snow I don't have school today!
That has never happened so far.

It snowed for a week and a half here and now it's all melting.

We got over six inches on Friday night, and I played in it for over three hours!

All the snow froze last night, so today the roads were very slippery. Damn season.

Lots of snow here, too. That nice fluffy kind of snow that looks like glitter under the streetlights at night... so pretty! No pictures, sadly, but it is a lovely sight.

If only there was enough of it to close schools.

We've got 3 feet of it here. And its still freezing bloody cold out, so I doubt that it'll melt any time soon. It'll probably be April before that happens, maybe later.

It might just end up flooding here. No joke, there is a lot of snow. I'll get pictures tomorrow hopefully!

We just got another 4 inches dumped on us today.

^ It is warming up, it's like -4 right now, so that is good.
Jeez, will it ever stop snowing!! I mean, I love snow, but this is too much.

Today its -38 without the wind chill. >
And its supposed to snow some more tomorrow night.
The snow is drifted 3 feet and they still haven't cancelled school.

That's crazy!! My friend and her family came back from the city last night, 2 hours away, and it took the 9 hours. 9 HOURS. It's just ridiculous. A couple of buses did not run today.
What are the roads like in Alberta?

WHAT THE HELL! That's crazy! Thats like a day on the QE2 between Edmonton and Calgary. That thing is a skating rink in winter.

The roads aren't too bad looking, but any moisture is frozen solid on the roads at -40.
