Most Embarrassing Gig: Blokhut in Rotterdam, when the keyboards were detuned by three notes due to a voltage drop. It led to a "surprising" effect when the band started playing together and they were forced to start again.

Martijn (Martinus) Johannes Everardus Spierenburg:

Favourite Music: Varies a lot, but likes to listen to Sting and Rammstein in his car
Favourite Movie: The Matrix
Most Embarrassing Gig: His first gig with WT because he forgot half the music because of stage fright

a part of a very rough demo song from "For All We Know"

Hey there,

I decided to upload a part of a song from my solo project "For All We Know". I can't stress enough that it's a very very rough demo. No mix, no vocals, out of tune guitarsolo, bad edits etc etc...
But I promised months ago to upload a song so here is a small part of one of the tracks. The working title is 'A Boy Named Balance'.

It's going really well with the songs. I'm gonna start writing some lyrics very soon. A couple of weeks ago I recorded two songs I wrote together with Martijn (WT) with this singer called Wudstik (he sang on the latest Ayreon album and he's working on a solo album himself as well). I really loved his voice and he's a really great guy to work with. He wants to try to see if his voice fits on my music. THat's gonna be cool...

I'm gonna delete this 'song' tomorrow again because it's not really representative for the music right now. (It obviously lacks the quality I go for)

But now all the people who've been asking me about FAWK get a peek in my kitchen even it's only for a while...
