And I hate to be a cynic, but of course they manage to stay in shape...it's their JOB to. They work out for hours every day, have personal trainers, some even have personal chefs who make healthy and good tasting meals for them. As long as they take their job seriously (granted, some don't) they will remain in good shape for a long time.
